This is one of my favorite poems when the days are long , but the years are short. :)
Life's little moments are totally worth it-- especially when my husband asked our 6 year old son, Noah the other day what he was reading. Without missing a beat, he replied, "Words"! LOL!
Now, if that doesnt make a parent smile, then I dont know what does.
100 Years from Now
One hundred years from now
It will not matter what kind of car I drove,
What kind of house I lived in,
How much money I had in my bank account,
Nor what my clothes looked like.
But one hundred years from now
The world may be a little better
Because I was important
In the life of a child.
